current updates:
agent T is splattered with dirty marks on his hands and feet, due to the intense (and colorful) banner action he and his general pacey had to endure for the past 6 hours or so. painting commenced today at 1430, with the dynamic duo taking on the big black enemy a.k.a. the 15x3m banner. agent T worked on the text, which gave him immense joy for having had the chance to expose his penmanship to the Kingdom, while general pacey, a vietnamese veteran of this kind of war, worked on the images especially the lion. at 1745 everything was going well: the lion perfectly handled by gen. pacey, the text was finished off by agent T in all their silver, red and gold glory. agent T even helped in the tackling of the lion, especially the midsection.

surprisingly, the vietnamese veteran committed the blunder of spilling the brown paint all over the lion's face.
he was aghast. agent T was ruffled, but was unexpectedly calm and collected. they cleaned up using washroom tissue rolls. it was cleaned up after a while. the floor at least, but the lion had a big brown stain across its face.
thank goodness general pacey is a carefree fellow, and although he thought it was a big deal, he didn't think it was too big a problem. the two-man team decided to have a dinner break.

dinner followed. agent T could not get the paint marks off his hands, and left a red stain on the serving spoon for the rice.
he left brown marks on the plate, on the table, and on the plastic cup.

banner battle resumed at 7:30. thankfully, an import from india arrived, by the name of agent balaji. the other crew member, agent prashant, had excused himself earlier due to other committeework. agent T was now working on gradients.. on the lion, on the eagle. the banner was 60% completed. general pacey was redoing the lion, which no longer looked like a "cute dog" or a "bulldog" as bystander kelly had commented the previous night.

reinforcements came at around 2150, with the arrival of karen the scribe and co-commander of the PR Comm army, and her co-commander and publicity head, weikai. karen brought assorted nuts, which agents T and balaji enjoyed munching using their colorful soiled hands as they reasoned that the antibodies can handle the amount of germs.

pingpong guy victor of the logistics branch of PR army helped to paint, but his job was to clean out the paint spots, and he had to make them invisible by painting them black against the black cloth, to the dismay of weikai, karen and bala, who happened to step or sit on the invisible wet paint.

after performing the additional task assigned by commander weikai, which was to add "and archives (comm)" to the self-satisfying text, "organized by PR COMM", agent T excused himself to go to his headquarters to study.
and here he is, exhausted and weary, but is dutifully fulfilling his self-imposed obligation to blog.
